The ProForm 100 ZLX is the most technologically advanced  entry level cycle ProForm have produced. With features normally only seen on high end models, you can be sure of fun and efficient, customised workout in a compact and stylish package.

10 Motivating programmes are present in the LCD display unit. There are five weight-loss and five performance workouts to get you started and with the iFit SD reader, hundreds more can be added by simply inserting an SD card.

Also included in the console is a CoolAire workout fan to keep you cool when the going gets tough and Intermix Acoustics audio so you can attach a music source to keep you motivated and entertained.  The saddle adjusts horizontally and vertically for a comfortable ride.
